Your Quality Guarantee is persuant upon the following conditions of use 

• Care must be taken when removing add-ons from the base products. The add-on should not be "snapped" away from the base product with due care and attention instead it should be carefully peeled away whilst maintaining a grip on the hook-and-loop tape. A demonstration of how this should (and should not be performed) can be seen by following this link.
• Repeated & unneccesary afixing/removal of the add-ons. Whilst the purpose of the VelArt add-ons is to allow re-positioning to your heart's content, it should be acknowledged that hook-and-loop tape has a limited lifespan. Each time the hook-and-loop tape is afixed and removed from itself there is a slight degradation in its adhesive characteristics.
• VelArt products should be mainted clean. Both liquid and solid dirt can and will destroy your products.
• Products are sensitive to high temperatures and as such should be kept away from hot surfaces and open flames.
